We will be offering Holiday Camps during School Holidays from December 21-23 and December 28-30 based on our minimum number of program registrant requirement. Please contact one of the Coordinators from our Contact Page to inquire about registration and fees. Current after school program members will receive holiday camp information via email.
Camps fees during the school year are the same as our PD day rates ($20/day for FT kinder club members, $50/day for after school care club members, and $60/day for drop in participants).
Registration will remain open until spaces have been filled (maximum of 45 children per week). All holiday camps require a minimum of 15 children to run. If 15 children are not enrolled by the respective Enrollment/Cancellation Deadlines(s) the camp will be cancelled and parent(s) will be notified by BGCCA Administration on the business day following the Enrollment/Cancellation Deadlines(s).
Camp times are from 7:30am-5:30pm **this times may be adjusted based on registration needs
October 9th: PD day camp
November 23rd: Closed for Staff Training
December 21st-23rd, 28th-30th: full day camps
January 29th: PD day Camp
February 16-19: full day camps
March 8th: PD day camp
April 5th-9th: full day camps
April 26th: PD day camp
May 21st: PD day camp
June 28th-30th & July 2nd: Closed for Staff Training
