Our Youth Outreach Team is committed to helping youth succeed and move forward with anything that life throws their way. 

The goal of our Youth Outreach Program is to connect with youth (aged 12-22) that are facing any of the vast arrays of challenges that teens and young adults deal with today, but don’t necessarily have a healthy or extended support system to help navigate these challenges.
